Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Every order is shipped fully insured, with tracking and adult signature required.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Wire transfers are considered cleared once the funds are received in our account. You'll receive tracking by email the day your item ships.

How it ships

Watches and high-value items ship via FedEx Priority Overnight in discreet packaging, with no brand names on the outside of the box. Insurance covers the full purchase price until the package is signed for.

Signature and delivery

An adult signature is required on every delivery. We cannot release a package without one, and we cannot redirect a shipment once it is in transit. If you need it held at a carrier location, tell us before it ships.

Cost

Shipping and insurance are included on every order.

Sales tax

We collect sales tax where required by law, based on the delivery address.
